End of support for Version 14
Caldera has announced that they will no longer support CalderaRIP Version 14 starting from December 31, 2023. Therefore, Caldera will no longer provide technical assistance for this version. Caldera will focus its support and resources on more recent versions to continue delivering high-quality technical assistance and customer service.
Can I still use Version 14?
Yes, you will be able to continue using CalderaRIP Version 14 with your current set-up and print environment. However, if you need drivers for new devices, we can only supply them for the latest version. Contact us for more information about software upgrades.
Can I upgrade to the latest version?
Yes, Caldera encourages all our customers to get the best out of our software by being on the latest version. Please contact your Caldera reseller or sales representative to learn more about upgrades.
How can I keep my software continuously updated?
Caldera offers a support and maintenance contract called CalderaCare. With this subscription, we ensure that your CalderaRIP is up to date with the latest versions and enhancements. CalderaCare includes priority support to help with your technical issues, exclusive features, and unlimited access to our online trainings.
Upgrade your CalderaRIP
As of December 31st, 2023, Version 14 users need to purchase a new RIP license to be on our latest version. However, in some cases, you can Trade-In your V14 license to receive a discount on a new Caldera package. Contact us for more information about our upgrade promotions.
