In House training: what we offer at a glance

Essential training
Color Management training
Textile Color Management training

This training is the perfect introduction to the Caldera RIP and therefore does not require any particular
RIP knowledge. It is particularly interesting for new partners. Not only will they benefit from a technical training but half a day is dedicated to the sales structure of Caldera’s B to B solutions. It is also a good opportunity for our partners to learn more about Caldera’s key modules like Compose, Tiling+ or EasyMedia. From the installation of a Caldera workstation to the setting up of automated workflows, every single aspect of the RIP will be addressed. This training is for you whether you’re new to wide format printing or more experienced or if you need to update your skills.

This advanced training is intended for technicians who wish to master the color management functionalities of the Caldera RIP. It is recommended to have a previous experience with the Caldera RIP and ideally to have been part of a Caldera beginner training. The aim of the training is to understand and master the tools of color management in a workflow and get the best possible results. During this two day training you will see the different steps involved in the calibration of a wide format inkjet printer in order to create a customized ICC profile while considering the constraint of the machine, the inks and the substrate.

This advanced training is intended for technicians who are looking to master the RGB workflow in EasyMedia. It is recommended to have a previous experience with the Caldera RIP and ideally to have been part of a Caldera color management training. During this training you will see the advantages of an RGB mode profile and why it is particularly interesting for textile printing. Besides seeing the different steps of the calibration of an inkjet wide format printer with sublimation process, you will also be shown how to simulate on screen the printed colors using the output ICC profile.

This webinar is a perfect introduction to the use of Caldera RIP. It covers all the basic operations and the Caldera print workflow implementation. Furthermore, several important features will be explained in this course, such as Nest-O-Matik and the Hotfolder editor. You will also see how to use the new Workspace platform in order to find the printer drivers and the various tools that will optimize your use of the software.

From linearization to ICC file creation, all calibration steps will be addressed in this course in order to achieve the best possible results regardless of the type of substrate to be calibrated. This architecture training is focused on the deployment of RIP workstations in complex environments through the client-server architecture of the Caldera RIP software.
