Caldera has announced the release of a new driver for the Fujifilm Acuity Triton. This driver expands Caldera’s robust ecosystem of supported peripherals for large-format printing.
Water-based versatility, next-gen hybrid ink
Officially unveiled at FESPA 2025 in Berlin, the Fujifilm Acuity Triton represents a significant innovation in the Acuity series. Developed in collaboration with Mutoh, this 1.6-meter-wide printer introduces AQUAFUZE, Fujifilm’s next-generation water-based hybrid ink technology.
Combining the benefits of water-based and UV-curable inks, AQUAFUZE enables excellent adhesion and scratch resistance on a wide range of substrates — without the need for primers or top coatings. This makes the Acuity Triton a sustainable and versatile solution for print service providers handling diverse media across indoor and outdoor applications.
