End of support for CalderaRIP Version 15

We are informing our customers still using CalderaRIP Version 15 that starting from December 31, 2024, this version of our software will no longer be supported.
This means that technical assistance for Version 15 will no longer be available from Caldera. We will focus our support ressources on more recent versions to continue to deliver high-quality technical assistance and customer service.
Can I still use Version 15?
Yes, you will be able to continue using Version 15 with your current set-up and print environment.
However, if you need drivers for new print and cut devices, we can only supply them for the latest Version of CalderaRIP, which will require you to upgrade. We strongly encourage all our customers to upgrade in order to get the best performance and customer experience.

Starting from December 31, 2024, all Version 15 users will have to purchase a new RIP license to access the latest Version of CalderaRIP (V18). However, in some cases, it will be possible to trade-in current Version 15 licenses to receive a discount on your new Caldera package.
