A license agreement has been signed between Caldera and NCS to implement the Natural Color System model in Caldera’s RIP software.

The Natural Color System (NCS) is a proprietary perceptual color model published by the Scandinavian Colour Institute of Stockholm, Sweden. The system is usually used for matching colors (using printed reference cards), rather than mixing colors.

The implementation of the Natural Color System ® © in Caldera’s RIP software allows an exact printing of the NCS colors.
